The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held to today's calendar with a motion to rescind previous action in                                                            
failing to adopt HCS CSSB 140(RLS) moved and pending                                                                            
(page 1536), would be held in second reading to tomorrow's calendar:                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 140(FIN)                                                                                             
    "An Act relating to funding for Internet services for school                                                                
    districts; and providing for an effective date."
